Returns

All returns must be approved by us prior to the product being sent back. Please call us at 1-877-563-8848 or email us at info@eatwellmovewellthinkwell.com so that we can arrange acceptance at our warehouse.

Only unopened items may be returned.

We guarantee safe delivery of your product. If you receive damaged product we will ensure that your product is replaced. Please call us immediately at 1-877-563-8848 or email us at info@eatwellmovewellthinkwell.com to report any damaged products.

Items/orders returned to our warehouse because they could not be delivered due to an addressing error made by the customer or refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the order from the shipper, or similar reason, will be refunded at the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees of $15/bottle or $20/package or case.

 

Refunds

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund your money for any unopened product that is returned to our warehouse within 30 days. Should you wish to return any product please call us at 1-877-563-8848 or email us at info@eatwellmovewellthinkwell.com so that we can arrange acceptance at our warehouse. We are unable to take responsibility for return shipping costs. Restocking fees (minimum $15) must be applied to all returned items.

Items/orders returned to our warehouse because they could not be delivered due to an addressing error made by the customer or refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the order from the shipper, or similar reason, will be refunded at the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees of $15/bottle or $20/package or case.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery are not accepted for refund.
