Returns and Refunds


All returns must be approved by Eat Well Move Well Think Well prior to the product being sent back. Please contact us so that we can arrange acceptance at our warehouse.

Innate Choice® products.

Only unopened Innate Choice® brand products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the warehouse and will be charged a 5% (minimum $5) restocking fee.

Health Risk Assessments and 90 Day Innate Lifestyle™ Plans

Health Risk Assessments and 90 Lifestyle Plans can not be returned.


In cases where customers have made an authorized return of the product, refunds may not be offered. If refunds are provided, the amount refunded will vary from case to case.

A 5% (minimum of $5.00) charge will be deducted from the amount refunded, unless waived by The Wellness Practice Global Self Health Corp.

Innate Choice® brand products.

Refunds will be provided to the customer once we have received notification from the warehouse that the product has been received.

Items/orders returned to our warehouse because they could not be delivered due to an addressing error made by the customer or refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the order from the shipper, or similar reason, will be refunded at the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees of $15/bottle or $20/case.

Customer who have received damaged product will have the option of receiving a full refund or replacement of the damaged product.
